They had requirements such as a minimum number of characters, this one or this particular character, but no other. I ended up copying my username and password and CoPilot demanded that I change it. Today was the last straw when I attempted to activate CoPilot on my new smartphone. The interface is becoming tedious and clunky. While I rely heavily on Google Maps to navigate, it is always good to have CoPilot available to help you when your data limits are exceeded. My experience with support on the app isn't great and they sometimes aren't in a hurry to resolve those tickets.ĬoPilot used to be a valuable app on my smartphone. My ticket has been submitted and we'll see what happens. I am now seriously considering (after another failed update here at home) dropping it to find something better. It's very scary to experience a GPS failure in the wild. It was always working after I updated it. This is the problem I have with this app. It is important to me that my GPS works properly. Sometimes, there are only a few vehicles per day. Many of these places have very little traffic. In Yukon, NWT and British Columbia, Canada as well as Alaska, Minnesota, Minnesota, and other US states, I frequently travel. It seems quite user-friendly with a simple but effective architecture. I have switched to other apps that are more effective. They're trying to eliminate me because they don't believe anything has been done. According to me, issues are referred to developers and they then rush to label the issue as solved. Technical support can be friendly, but not effective when a problem arises. Since the latest update, it takes longer to start (over one minute), making it unusable while driving. They are often at odds in terms of route, so I must listen to my copilot audio and then look at Google Map which will take me somewhere else. Then, I bring up Google Maps on AA and can view a map in my truck's display. This app ends up being used on my smartphone, where it is difficult to see. I would love to see it work with Android Auto. The overall user experience seems a bit off. ![]()
